My output report shows internal rate of return set to infinity. How do I fix this?
This occurs when your down payment is zero or in other words your mortgage is 100% of the purchase price. To correct this you must reduce your mortgage to less than 100% so that you have a down payment. Then the rate of return calculation will not be dividing by zero which yields an infinite rate of return.
