Closing Costs: Precise dollar amounts for closing costs are now supported in the Data Input form. This means that closing costs as a percentage of purchase price might be a long decimal number. For example closing costs of $4,528 on a $120,000 purchase price, or 3.77333333333333% are now valid input.

Add Property button: Last week many users reported they recieved an 'unknown error' when attempting to add an additional property file. We fixed the problem and now you can add more properties again.

Here's the basic idea: From within the 'My Properties' section of your account, you will have a 'share' button that will allow you to send your property file (data input form and all reports) to email addresses of your choice through a form within our software. Recipients of your email would then be able to login to their accounts and view your shared property in their account.
